Brent Stevenson brings a unique blend of executive leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to the construction industry. Backed by a Global Executive MBA, and with a strong background in the aerospace sector, Brent has led large-scale initiatives focused on digital transformation, process improvement, cost reduction, and organizational performance across global enterprises.

Today, he applies that same systems-driven mindset to residential construction and remodeling, helping homeowners, real estate investors, and small businesses successfully navigate renovation projects with confidence. Brent is passionate about combining quality craftsmanship with structured project management, clear communication, and accountability to deliver an exceptional client experience from the very start, and until the end.

What sets Brent apart is his ability to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and hands-on execution. By leveraging proven processes, disciplined project management, and a client-first approach, he has built a reputation for professionalism, transparency, and long-term relationship building. His philosophy is simple: deliver quality work, communicate consistently, and always act with the client’s best interests in mind.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys real estate investing, mentoring and developing others, strategic business planning, fitness, and spending quality time with family and friends. Most people are surprised to learn that he is also a certified scuba diver.

Aaron Keating

Owner, ARK Contractors

Aaron Keating brings more than three decades of leadership, business experience, and hands-on construction knowledge to every project. Born in Texas and raised in Kansas, Aaron served a decade with the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Aaron also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Systematics, developing the discipline, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail that continue to guide his work today.

Following his military service, Aaron began his professional career with Sprint PCS during the early telecommunications boom. There, he gained valuable experience working within large corporate organizations,learning the importance of systems, accountability, and customer service.

After finding success in the stock market, Aaron purchased his first business in property management, developing an extensive experience maintaining, repairing, and improving residential and commercial buildings. His passion for construction led him to New Jersey, where Aaron worked with companies of all sizes before joining Centex Homes, one of the nation’s largest production home builders. As an estimating and purchasing agent, Aaron gained valuable expertise in budgeting, procurement, and project management. Centex later relocated him to Seattle.

When the housing market collapsed during the recession, Aaron adapted by becoming a locksmith in 2009. In 2016, he became a licensed Washington State Home Inspector, a credential he continues to maintain. In 2019, Aaron founded ARK Contractors, combining decades of construction, inspection, and business experience to help clients build, repair, and renovate homes and small commercial spaces with confidence and quality craftsmanship

Nate Robbins

Nate Robbins brings a unique blend of technical insight, structured leadership, and operational excellence to ARK Contractors. Backed by a Google Professional Project Management certification and a degree in Social Media Communication, Nate has spent his career leading initiatives focused on digital transformation, media strategy, and systems management across both entrepreneurial and corporate landscapes.

Today, he applies that same systems-driven mindset to ARK Contractors, overseeing the company’s data infrastructure and supporting all digital media and communication networks. This former Marine is passionate about combining early-instilled technical precision with structured project management and with disciplined accountability to deliver a very seamless, modern operational experience from the inside out.

What sets Nate apart is his ability to bridge the gap between complex digital data systems and clear, human-centric communication. A true “Jack of all Trades” he is a proven customer service expert who knows how to meet both personal and corporate needs to drive success in an ever-changing world. He draws on his deep personal and professional experience to leverage the best possible outcomes for everyone involved—bringing complete harmonization to the tasks at hand for ARK Contractors, their clients, and their vendors.
